Gorilla Netting & Equipment LLC Online store: https://shop.gorillanetting.com Effective date: September 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Gorilla Netting & Equipment LLC ("GNEQ," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit or shop at https://shop.gorillanetting.com (the "Store"), create an account, place an order, contact us about products, or otherwise interact with us in connection with our ecommerce business.
Separate services company. Installation, field services, and the marketing site at https://www.gorillanetting.com are operated by Gorilla Netting LLC, a separate company. That services business has its own privacy policy. This Policy covers Gorilla Netting & Equipment LLC's online Store and related product-sales communications—not installation service contracts on the services site.
We do not operate under additional DBAs for this Store.

- Payment processors (card networks and processors enabled at checkout);
- Carriers and fulfillment / dropship partners that manufacture, pick, pack, or ship products you order (order status, tracking, delivery exceptions);

2.4 Sensitive personal information
We do not seek sensitive personal information (as defined under CPRA and similar laws) through the Store. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, precise geolocation of a person, or health information via public forms or checkout notes.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Process, fulfill, ship, and support orders (including custom / made-to-order products);
- Communicate about orders, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer service;
- Operate, secure, and improve the Store (including fraud prevention and debugging);

- Protect rights, safety, and property of GNEQ, our customers, and others.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information as needed to run the Store—not to sell your personal information for money.
4.1 Service providers and processors
We share information with vendors who process data on our behalf, including:
- Shopify and related ecommerce infrastructure;
- Payment processors;
- Email, SMS, helpdesk, and CRM tools (if used);
- Analytics and advertising platforms (see Section 7); and
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality where appropriate.
4.2 Fulfillment and dropship partners (not a "sale")
Many products are fulfilled by manufacturing or warehouse partners. To ship your order we may share order and shipping details (name, shipping address, phone, email, SKU/qty, and related fulfillment notes) with those partners solely as needed to produce, pack, ship, track, or support your purchase.
This sharing for fulfillment is not a "sale" of personal information under CCPA/CPRA when done for that operational purpose. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing in exchange for money.
4.3 Carriers
We (or our fulfillment partners) share delivery information with shipping carriers to transport packages.
4.4 Legal and safety
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
4.5 Business transfers
If we explore or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
4.6 With your direction
We may share information when you ask us to (for example, coordinating a delivery appointment with a site contact you designate).
We do not publish manufacturer or factory customer-service contacts as your support channel. For Store questions, contact GNEQ using Section 12.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, including rights to:
- Know / access categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you;
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction, security, legal compliance);
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, if applicable;
- Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, if we collect it for purposes that trigger this right (we do not seek SPI via the Store);
- Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

5.2 Sale / sharing
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Like many ecommerce sites, we may use advertising cookies/pixels that could be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under CPRA. You may opt out via:
- Cookie or consent tools on the Store, where enabled;
- Browser controls and industry opt-outs where available; and
- Emailing sales@gorillanetting.com with the subject "CCPA Opt-Out" (include enough detail to locate your request).
Where required by law, we honor browser opt-out signals we support (including Global Privacy Control where technically supported for that browser/device).
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
5.3 How to submit a request
Email sales@gorillanetting.com or call +1 (800) 274-1079 (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET). We may need to verify your identity (e.g., matching email/order information). You may use an authorized agent as allowed by law; we may require proof of authorization.
We aim to respond within 45 days (or as otherwise required), with an extension when permitted.
6. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain other states may have similar rights (access, deletion, correction, opt-out of targeted advertising or sale). Contact us using Section 12. We will honor applicable rights under state law.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
The Store uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in and remember cart contents;
- Secure checkout and prevent fraud;
- Understand traffic and product performance; and
- Measure or deliver advertising (including retargeting), where enabled.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our consent banner. Blocking some cookies may break checkout or Store features.
Shopify and third-party apps may set their own cookies; review Shopify's consumer privacy documentation and any in-Store privacy settings for additional detail.
8. Children's Privacy
The Store is intended for adults and organizations purchasing sports netting, equipment, and related products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where relevant for sale/share rules). If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. Retention
We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes described above—including order history, tax/accounting, dispute resolution, warranty support windows, and legal compliance—then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed, subject to backups and legal holds.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to our business size and risk profile (including reliance on Shopify's platform security). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a strong unique password for any Store account and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
11. International Visitors
We operate in the United States. If you access the Store from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws.
