Gorilla Netting & Equipment LLC ("GNEQ," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to helping customers access our online store at https://shop.gorillanetting.com (the "Store").
1. Our Commitment
We aim toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA for content we control, where reasonably practicable for a Shopify-hosted storefront and third-party apps.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. The Store relies on the Shopify platform, our theme, and apps that we do not fully control; some third-party features may not yet meet every guideline.
2. Measures We Take
Depending on theme and app configuration, measures may include:
- Semantic headings and labels on key templates;
- Keyboard-accessible navigation for primary Store flows;
- Text alternatives for meaningful images where we control content;
- Sufficient color contrast on Store-branded elements we design;
- Avoiding reliance on color alone for critical information when we author content; and
- Periodic review of high-traffic templates (home, collection, product, cart, checkout where customizable).
Checkout accessibility also depends on Shopify's hosted checkout.
3. Known Limitations
Examples of limitations that may exist:
- User-generated or vendor-supplied product images without complete alt text;
- Embedded third-party media, chat, or review widgets;
- PDF spec sheets or manuals linked from product pages;
- Older promotional graphics; and
- Freight/checkout edge cases on certain browsers or assistive tech combinations.
We welcome feedback so we can prioritize fixes.
4. Compatible Technologies
The Store is designed to work with current major browsers and common assistive technologies (e.g., recent screen readers) on desktop and mobile. Older browsers may have reduced functionality.
5. Feedback and Assistance
If you have trouble accessing any part of the Store, need content in an alternative format, or want to report an accessibility barrier, please contact us. We will try to respond within two business days and provide a reasonable alternative way to complete your purchase or get product information.
